James T. Perry – Board Consultant

  • Provides policy and advocacy advice and support to the Board of Directors.
  • Works closely with the President and President-Elect to ensure that the association’s day-to-day activities are managed in accordance with generally accepted management principles and Board policies.
  • Hires and coordinates staff support for all Board/association activities.

Lisa Kammel – Program Director
Provides all program activity coordination and support to include but not limited to:

  • Plan, coordinate and provide staff support for Board meetings.
  • Work with the local host committee to plan and coordinate the Annual Conference.
  • Advertising sales for Fresh Paint.
  • Exhibitor procurement and coordination for the Annual Conference.
  • Work with local host committee to develop sponsorships for the Annual meeting.
  • Ensure that the basic administrative documents of the association (Constitution, Bylaws and Policy Manual) are kept current.
  • Ensure that the association’s website is kept up-to-date.
  • Work with any committees or task forces, as necessary, to carry out association activities.

Bruce Belrose – Business Manager

  • Ensure that the association’s finances are managed in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Maintain the association’s financial records.
    Prepare financial reports on a timely basis for the Finance Committee and the Board of Directors.
  • Prepare an annual budget for consideration by the Finance Committee.
  • Ensure that the association receives a certified annual audit and that annual tax report filings with the Internal Revenue Service are conducted in a timely manner.
  • Advise the Managing Director, staff and the Board of Directors on business practices that would enhance the association’s finances.

Annie Byrd – Membership and Conference Registration Director

  • Ensure that the association’s membership records are maintained in an organized manner.
  • Provide timely membership reports to the staff and the Board of Directors.
    Conduct an annual membership recruitment campaign.
  • Manage the association’s Annual Conference registration procedures.
  • Provide on-site registration management for the Annual Conference.

Oscar Samuelson – Technology Integration Director

  • Design and support appropriate web-based programs for the association’s membership and annual conference registration systems.
  • Provide web site support to the Program Director.
  • Design and support technology integration systems that may be requested by staff or the Board of Directors, as approved by the Managing Director.
