This year, we are continuing the combined Bazaar and Social Artmaking Event, as the So-Surreal Market-Bazaar, a vibrant art festival where creativity comes to life! Discover unique, handcrafted treasures from member artisans and immerse yourself in an atmosphere of artistic inspiration and community connection.

Event Details:
Saturday, October 18, 2025, 7:00 p.m.
Artist Bazaar Open: 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Artmaking, Karaoke, Silent Disco, Dancing, etc. continue until 11:00 p.m.
Grand Bay Ballroom
Artist Bazaar Seller Information:
- Artist Bazaar Table Fee: $40 per table (includes one full-access event ticket per table)
- Some tables may be outside of the Grand Bay Ballroom and in the Foyer instead. If you would prefer a Foyer table, please email val@faea.org after you place your order.
- Reserve Your Spot: Showcase and sell your art to an enthusiastic audience from 7:00-9:00 pm and then participate in the remainder of So Surreal Market Bazaar until 11:00 p.m.
Attendee Information:
- Artist Bazaar-Only Access: Free to browse and shop (perfect for those who want to browse and purchase art without participating in the additional activities)
- Full Access Ticket: $25 per person (includes participation in artmaking activities, access to the silent disco, snacks & refreshments, and a cash bar)

- Silent Disco: Dance to the rhythm of your own beat in our unique silent disco.

We are planning an informal interactive and collaborative social art-making event combined with an art festival and market.
With the Full-Access ticket, materials will be provided, along with light snacks and a cash bar. Tickets are only $25 and can be purchased as part of your conference registration.
To keep this event affordable, dinner will not be served, only very light snacks. We recommend eating dinner before you arrive.
